Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Restaurants. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Kitchen Staff: Oversee the activities of our kitchen staff, including cooks, food preparers, and kitchen helpers, to ensure that food is prepared and served to our high standards.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to our kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Ensure that our kitchen has the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand, and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Maintain Quality Control Standards: Ensure that all food prepared and served meets our high quality standards, and take corrective action when necessary to prevent food safety issues.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, and work with our customer service team to resolve issues.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Keep accurate records of sales, inventory, and other key metrics to help us make informed business decisions.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a food service or restaurant management role.
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced kitchen environment with frequent standing and walking.
