Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Domino's Pizza Athabasca. As a key member of our food preparation team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive high-quality food and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, including pizzas, sides, and desserts.
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, taking orders and handling customer inquiries in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Inventory Management: Stock refrigerators and salad bars, ensuring that all food and supplies are properly stored and rotated.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but a willingness to learn and train is essential.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a food service environment is an asset, but not required.
  • Physical Demands: This role requires standing for extended periods, lifting, and bending, as well as working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, part-time position, working approximately 30 hours per week. The work language is English, and the work term is permanent.
