Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Early Morning Replenishment Team Member to join our team at Michaels. As a key member of our store operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our store is fully stocked and ready for customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by helping customers find products, answering questions, and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Store Recovery: Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store by recovering merchandise, restocking shelves, and completing other tasks as assigned.
  • Merchandise Handling: Assist with receiving and processing merchandise, including unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and completing other tasks as assigned.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management tasks, including counting and reconciling inventory, and completing other tasks as assigned.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, move throughout the store, and lift heavy boxes and merchandise.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
