Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our Canada Application Delivery team. The successful candidate will work closely with the global and Canadian IT plans to deliver robust applications.

About the Role

The Associate Director will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of application delivery strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Canada Application Delivery team to deliver high-quality applications that meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with global and Canadian IT teams to align application delivery strategies with overall business objectives
  • Develop and implement application delivery roadmaps, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project execution
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in application delivery leadership, with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong technical skills, with expertise in application development and delivery
  • Ability to work in a hybrid work environment, with a minimum of 3 days/week in the Calgary office
