Job Title: Executive Director

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team at Quantam Software Application Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our organization and making strategic decisions to drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Provide strategic direction and vision for the organization, ensuring alignment with our mission and goals.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring maximum impact and efficiency.
  • Team Management: Select, develop, and manage a high-performing team of senior staff, providing coaching and guidance to ensure their success.
  • Communication: Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, ensuring effective communication and representation.
  • Financial Management: Establish and manage financial and administrative controls, ensuring the organization's financial stability and success.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a senior leadership role.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and make strategic decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
  • Security and Safety: Ability to pass a criminal record check.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
