Responsibilities:- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive operational strategies aligned with E-Comm's mission and goals.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of current operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions to optimize performance.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, communications, and human resources, to ensure seamless integration of strategic initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insightful reports to senior management on operational progress and areas requiring attention.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in emergency response operations, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance E-Comm's capabilities.
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic operational plans within a complex organization.
- Extensive experience in emergency response operations, preferably within a 9-1-1 environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as public administration, emergency management, or business administration.
