About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Deck Installer to join our team at Sonic Construction and Renovation. As a Deck Installer, you will be responsible for installing exterior and interior prefabricated products, ensuring a high level of professionalism in customer service, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install exterior and interior prefabricated products, adhering to blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Repair and service exterior and interior prefabricated products, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements.
  • Document and prepare invoices and work orders, maintaining accurate records.
  • Measure and mark guidelines for installations, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Supervise other workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Utilize hand and power tools, maintaining a high level of proficiency and safety.
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms, ensuring a safe and stable work environment.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires physical stamina and attention to detail. You will be working in a team setting, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train on the job.
