Retail Store Manager

The 6IX Cannabis is seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary training and support to excel in their roles.
- Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all store operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
