Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or equivalent role
  • Scrum certification (SCSM) with strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent time and productivity management skills, ensuring efficient Scrum ceremonies and timely progress tracking
  • Ability to create detailed reports on team progress, presenting findings to upper management on a regular basis
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, establishing trust with each squad and the broader organization
  • Positive attitude, ready for challenges, and eager to drive results
  • Strong advocate for Agile practices and an excellent Agile coach
