Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Caretaker to join our team. As a Caretaker, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our residential buildings, as well as providing excellent customer service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of common areas, including halls, amenity rooms, and lobby.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor security cameras and respond to emergency situations as needed.
  • Schedule move-ins and move-outs in accordance with established procedures.
  • Inspect common areas daily and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, owners, and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of industrial/commercial/hotel cleaning experience.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Solid computer skills, including ability to schedule bookings online.
  • Good customer service skills, with a positive attitude and energy.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision.
