Skilled Millwright / Machinist Position - $42.00/hr

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and set up a variety of CNC machines and manual tools to create precision components and dies.
  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications to ascertain machining needs and dimensions.
  • Utilize precision measuring tools to inspect and assess finished products, ensuring they meet established specifications.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery and manual tools to maintain peak operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to refine and enhance machining processes and methodologies.
  • Uphold a tidy and organized workspace, following safety protocols and company standards.
  • Engage in continuous learning and skill enhancement through on-the-job training and professional development initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Completion of post-secondary education in Machining and Millwright (dual certification required).
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Machinist and Millwright.
  • In-depth knowledge of programming, tooling, and machine setup.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality, precise work.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Dedication to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
