Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced licensed millwright to join our team. As a millwright, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining complex machinery and equipment. You will work closely with our production team to ensure that our manufacturing processes are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and maintain complex machinery and equipment
  • Perform preventative and predictive maintenance schedules
  • Troubleshoot and repair wood processing equipment
  • Plan and organize tasks to meet production deadlines
  • Assist production lines with changeovers and set-ups
  • Ensure a safe and clean working environment
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • Licensed millwright with a minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, pipefitting, and welding
  • Intermediate to advanced CNC and servo systems knowledge
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
