About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Database Analyst to join our team at Infinity Wealth Solutions Inc. as a Data Insights Specialist. This is a key role that will play a critical part in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Science and Analysis
    • Design and develop databases to support business intelligence and data-driven decision making
    • Operate database management systems to analyze data and provide insights to stakeholders
  • Data Governance and Administration
    • Develop and implement data administration policies, standards, and models to ensure data quality and integrity
    • Research and document data requirements, data collection, and administration policies
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration
    • Lead and coordinate teams of data administrators in the development and implementation of data policies, standards, and models
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision making
  • Technical Skills
    • Develop and implement scripts related to stored procedures and triggers
    • Collect and document user requirements
Requirements
  • Education
    • College/CEGEP degree in a related field
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
    • Ability to work under pressure and handle repetitive tasks
  • Personal Suitability
    • Accurate and efficient interpersonal skills
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Initiative and judgement
