**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide administrative support to the Pre-Design Process Engineering Group, including scheduling, documenting, and coordinating tasks to ensure smooth project initiation.
  • Manage project documents, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for the team.
  • Review customer specification documents to ensure alignment with project requirements.
  • Create and maintain open issue lists to track and resolve outstanding items.
  • Prepare and maintain process flows, weld maps, and part matrices.
  • Support planning and execution of pre-design engineering activities by tracking project milestones and deadlines.
  • Serve as a point of contact between engineering teams and other departments to facilitate clear and effective communication.

**Requirements**

  • Previous document creation and management experience is preferred.
  • Innovative critical thinking skills are essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Windows-based computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, are required.
  • Experience with Inventor and Catia is an asset.
