Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Support Specialist to join our team. As a Help Desk Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers, and offering customer support on IT-related issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to technical support requests from end-users via phone, email, and in-person
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity
  • Collaborate with IT staff and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and track technical issues to ensure timely resolution and improve future support
  • Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new hardware, software, and apps
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to support Help Desk operations
Requirements
  • Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Desktop Computers skills
  • Help Desk Support and Customer Support experience
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Knowledge of IT systems and network protocols
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+)
  • Previous experience in a help desk or technical support role
  • Expert troubleshooting skills of Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2019/2022, Antivirus software, Microsoft Office365 and Exchange
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with network technologies – Firewalls, Routers, Email Gateways, Spam appliance etc.
  • Experience with Remote Management and Professional Services Automation (PSA) software and RMM
  • A valid driver license and vehicle
