Job Title: Help Desk Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Help Desk Analyst to join our team at 6 Digital Marketing Agency Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and internal teams, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to and resolve technical issues reported by clients and internal teams in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams on computer hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues, and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of technical issues, resolutions, and customer interactions.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of technical support processes and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with a focus on computer hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment:

The Help Desk Analyst will work in a fast-paced environment, providing technical support to clients and internal teams. The successful candidate will be required to work independently and as part of a team, and will be expected to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
