Job Description

Fed Finance Canada is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accounting and Credit Management: Manage credit card accounts, review and approve production orders, and follow up on royalty contracts.
  • Accounts Payable and Reconciliation: Account for intercompany purchases and sales, reconcile transitory accounts, and follow up with buyers on necessary corrections.
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Produce commission reports, follow up with sales representatives and payroll department, and analyze various reconciliation accounts.
  • Financial Operations and Compliance: Participate in the month-end file, produce various analyses, and participate in the payment process.
