Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at Fed Finance Canada. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Accounting: Account for credit card accounts, review and approve production orders, and follow up on royalty contracts.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze various reconciliation accounts, reconcile transitory accounts (GR/FR-IR), and follow up with buyers on necessary corrections.
  • Financial Reporting: Produce commission reports, follow up with sales representatives and payroll department, and participate in the month-end file.
  • Financial Operations: Participate in the payment process, produce various analyses, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
