Position Overview

The Fuel Station Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail fuel outlet. This role involves managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining inventory levels.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university program lasting 1 to 2 years.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year but less than 2 years in a supervisory role within a retail environment.
Work Environment

This position is based in a rural area and involves working in a retail business setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate tasks to sales personnel.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff.
  • Manage merchandise orders and returns.
  • Set work schedules for employees.
  • Engage in direct sales activities.
  • Compile reports regarding sales performance, inventory management, and employee matters.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain issues.
  • Maintain and organize inventory effectively.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of 3-4 employees.
