Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Manager of Product Support Services for our operations. This dynamic hybrid role encompasses the daily management of mobile technicians, including the preparation and oversight of the department's annual financial plan, daily budget assessments, expenditure scheduling, variance analysis, and the maintenance of exceptional customer and dealer relationships. The Manager will also collaborate with the Human Resources Business Partner to provide leadership and guidance on personnel management functions, which include recruitment, training, scheduling, coaching, and overseeing the PQR system.

Primary Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the annual budget
  • Conduct daily reviews of budget and departmental performance
  • Authorize departmental purchase orders
  • Plan and schedule departmental expenditures
  • Analyze trends to enhance departmental profitability
  • Oversee warranty chargebacks to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Assist in the recruitment process and collaborate with Human Resources
  • Facilitate training, scheduling, and coaching for team members
  • Set clear job expectations and monitor progress
  • Conduct performance appraisals and reviews
  • Implement departmental policies and procedures
  • Uphold high standards of customer service
  • Communicate service standards to team members
  • Address customer complaints and provide conflict resolution
  • Engage with customers to foster strong relationships
  • Manage the PQR system
  • Oversee dealer relations and enhance client experiences

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of administrative and service center experience
  • Experience in truck rental, leasing, or the trucking industry is essential
  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities and a focus on customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience supporting Human Resources functions is advantageous
  • Able to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Minimum of a high school diploma
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus
