Marketing Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Services Manager to join our team at Westland Immigration Visa Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our business services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop promotional materials, including brochures, reports, and newsletters
- Manage contracts and negotiate with clients
- Market business services and plan and control budget and expenditures
- Write and edit press releases, communications materials, and other content
- Direct and evaluate establishments and departments that develop and implement communication strategies and information programs
- Direct and evaluate establishments and departments that maintain media relations on behalf of businesses, governments, and other organizations
- Direct and evaluate establishments and departments that publicize activities and events on behalf of businesses, governments, and other organizations
- Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of firms and departments that develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote the sales of products and services
- Answer written and oral inquiries and assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other material
- Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions and initiate and maintain contact with the media
- Prepare sports, literary, performance, or other contracts and consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
- Green job: involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes
- Support for persons with disabilities: participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports persons with disabilities
- Support for newcomers and refugees: participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees
- Support for youths: participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment
- Support for Indigenous people: participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people
- Supports for visible minorities: participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports members of visible minorities
