About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team at Dynamic Facility Services Ltd. As a key member of our cleaning and maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse.
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and visually appealing environment.
  • Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment to ensure that all facilities are in good working condition.
  • Perform safety and security checks to ensure that all facilities are secure and safe for occupants.
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Work with minimal supervision to demonstrate your ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and visually appealing environment.
  • Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Repetitive tasks will be a regular part of this role.
  • Physically demanding work will be required to perform tasks such as lifting and bending.
  • Bending, crouching, and kneeling will be required to perform tasks such as cleaning and maintenance.
  • Attention to detail is essential to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
