About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Naturally Pacific Resort. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our resort's public areas and guest rooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors; dust furniture; vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture; make beds and change sheets; distribute clean towels and toiletries; stock linen closet.
  • Sanitation and Disinfection: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances; disinfect operating rooms and other areas; clean and disinfect elevators.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items.
  • Guest Services: Provide basic information on facilities; address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Housekeeping Operations: Pick up debris and empty trash containers; wash windows, walls, and ceilings; clean changing rooms and showers.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
