Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Communication Associate to join our team at TD Economics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assembling and distributing economic research through various channels, including our website, email, and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and review TD Economics research publications using Adobe InDesign, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Post TD Economics research to our website in a timely manner, adhering to strict quality control standards.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to meet Corporate translation requirements, ensuring seamless communication across languages.
  • Work closely with TD Economic Research Analysts to create engaging presentation decks for client presentations, leveraging your expertise in graphic design and communication.
  • Conduct formatting reviews and email TD research to distribution lists, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information.
  • Support TD Economic social media strategies, contributing to the development and implementation of engaging content.
  • Contribute to strategic and tactical communications, ensuring broad delivery of TD Economic research to various stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Certificate in web development, graphic design, communications, or equivalent work experience.
  • Expert proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with web analytics and search engine optimization.
  • Familiarity with TD-approved work enablement tools, such as Teams, Confluence, Jira, and SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with video editing and animation principles and tools, including Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent application skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Tableau, and Adobe InDesign.
  • Familiarity with Big Data and Data Analytics is an asset.
  • Strong client management skills, critical thinking, judgment, interpersonal, organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to lead, provide constructive feedback, and suggest alternative ways of reaching goals.
Language Skills:
  • English (French is an asset).
