Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at Manitoulin Transport. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our HVAC equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems to prevent downtime and ensure efficient operation.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostic tests to identify and resolve issues with HVAC equipment.
  • Install, repair, and maintain mechanical controls and BAS systems to ensure seamless operation.
  • Collaborate with our maintenance team to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Requirements
  • Licensed mechanic (313A) with a strong background in mechanical controls and BAS systems.
  • 5+ years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair, with a focus on mechanical controls and BAS systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical documentation and drawings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
