Job Summary

We're seeking a Retail Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for delivering an unparalleled in-store experience through exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service by building relationships and making recommendations
  • Manage POS systems for transactions, sales, voids, discounts, and promotions
  • Responsible for open and close procedures of the store
  • Be a problem solver, flexible with unforeseen situations, and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and reporting
  • Adhere to all regulatory guidelines, company policies, and procedures
Requirements
  • Must be of legal age and hold a license in the province of the position
  • Learn how to get started on your cannabis qualification
  • Retail and customer service experience
  • Familiarity with point of sale (POS) systems
  • Time Management Skills: Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
