Position: Information Technology Systems Analyst

As an IT Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our organization's technological capabilities. Your expertise will support the development and implementation of innovative information systems that drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough cost-benefit analyses to facilitate informed decision-making regarding system implementations.
  • Design and execute tailored information systems solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Advise on strategic information systems policies, management practices, and service delivery enhancements.
  • Evaluate and mitigate physical and technical security risks associated with data, software, and hardware.
  • Formulate comprehensive policies and contingency plans to address potential security breaches.
  • Oversee the software development life cycle by establishing and enforcing relevant policies and procedures.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews of software products and information systems to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Resolve conflicts and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.
  • Conduct usability testing to enhance user experience.
  • Troubleshoot and rectify technical issues as they arise.
  • Provide training and support to staff to optimize system utilization.
  • Implement and manage network traffic and security monitoring tools to ensure optimal server performance.
  • Maintain an organized inventory of IT resources.
  • Establish and manage both manual and computerized information filing systems.
Qualifications:
  • Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), and Information Systems Professional (ISP) are preferred.
Technical Proficiencies:
  • Proficient in various technologies including Adobe Experience Manager, cloud solutions, Microsoft Visual Studio, and database management systems.
  • Familiarity with networking software and hardware, security protocols, and server management.
Work Environment:
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Capable of managing tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
