Position Overview
We are seeking a caring and experienced Van Driver to join our team. As a Van Driver, you will play a vital role in transporting special needs children and adults to various destinations, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the journey.
Responsibilities
- Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Assist passengers with entering and exiting vehicles, providing support as needed.
- Ensure passenger comfort and safety by securing them properly in their seats.
- Communicate effectively with passengers, parents, and staff members.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 19 years old.
- 3 or more years of consecutive driving experience.
- Valid Driver's License with a safe driving record.
- Genuine enjoyment working with special needs individuals and the elderly.
