Distribution Operations Manager

Hong Dao Business Development Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Distribution Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient distribution of goods.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on distribution performance and trends.
- Ensure the proper functioning of computer equipment and machinery used in distribution operations.
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
- Recruit, hire, and train staff to support distribution operations.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize distribution efficiency.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in distribution or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
