We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ESL Teacher to join our team at Beijing 21st Century School. As an ESL Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our students and contributing to a culturally diverse and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to promote language acquisition and cultural understanding.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality teaching materials to cater to the needs of students with varying language proficiency levels.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their language development.
- Participate in school activities and events to foster a sense of community and promote cross-cultural exchange.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum initiatives that promote language learning and cultural awareness.
- Native English speaker with a Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Related certification or teaching experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic educational environment.
