About the Role
Beijing 21st Century School is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment for students and foreign teachers alike. We believe that embracing different cultures and perspectives can broaden students' international vision and promote a more inclusive learning environment.
The school organizes regular conferences for foreign teachers, focusing on themes such as management and teaching. These events aim to help teachers in primary, junior, and high school find, analyze, and solve problems, making the team more professional and efficient. Additionally, the administrative departments provide warm services to ensure foreign teachers have no concerns in daily life. We also organize various team-building activities to promote communication and enhance team cohesion.
Responsibilities
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 hours a day, regular weekends
- Student Age: 6-18 years
- Class Size: Around 18-24 students
- Prepare, select, and use teaching-learning materials for students
- Provide students with more English input
- Participate in all school activities
Requirements
- Native English Speaker
- Bachelor degree or above suitable for ESL and Homeroom teachers
- Related certification preferred
- Relevant academic backgrounds required for Subject Teachers
- Responsible, patient, friendly, outgoing, hardworking, and easy to work with
Note: Graduates or alumni from any major are welcome to apply for our positions, such as ESL teachers and homeroom teachers. For subject teachers, specific academic backgrounds are required.
