Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Signal of Ottawa. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor and maintain the security of our facilities, including the implementation of security protocols and procedures.
- Assist clients with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their safety and security.
- Be the point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and effectively to ensure the safety of all individuals involved.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, highlighting areas of improvement and recommending measures to enhance productivity and product quality.
- Train and develop security personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a security-related field.
- Security Guard License.
- Criminal record check.
Our work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to work under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
