Key Responsibilities- Plan and Direct Grounds Maintenance: Develop and implement effective maintenance plans to ensure our outdoor spaces are well-manicured and visually appealing.
- Estimate Labour and Materials: Conduct thorough assessments to estimate labour and materials required for various projects, ensuring we stay within budget.
- Organize and Direct Construction: Oversee the construction of decks, decorative or retaining walls, and other outdoor features, ensuring they meet our high standards.
- Manage and Supervise Landscape Construction Work: Lead a team of landscape construction workers, providing guidance and support to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Maintain Work Records and Logs: Accurately record and maintain work records and logs, providing valuable insights for future projects.
- Requisition Materials and Equipment: Source and procure materials, equipment, and supplies required for various projects, ensuring timely delivery.
- Resolve Work Problems and Provide Technical Advice: Troubleshoot issues and provide expert advice to improve productivity and product quality.
- Establish Work Schedules and Procedures: Develop and implement efficient work schedules and procedures, ensuring our team is well-organized and productive.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Supervision: 3-4 people
- Transportation/Travel: Own transportation
