Job Summary

The Food Counter Attendant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and ensuring the smooth operation of our food service area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the food counter, kitchen, and dining area.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
  • Operate a cash register and process customer transactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a food service environment an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
