Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, planning, and implementation of care plans
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for residents
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence in patient care
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and coordination
- Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant
- One (1) year of recent, related acute care or residential experience
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills within a specific clinical specialty or patient population
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others

- Four weeks vacation with one year of continuous service
