Service Leader Opportunity at The Tavern and Hillside Events at Ledgeview

We are seeking an experienced Service Leader to join our team at The Tavern and Hillside Events at Ledgeview. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences and leading our service team to deliver outstanding results.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the F&B leadership team in managing day-to-day operations at Hillside Events and The Tavern
  • Ensure efficient restaurant operations and exceptional customer experiences
  • Communicate with the team through daily updates and feedback
  • Develop and maintain relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits
  • Supervise concession stand, beverage cart, and other on-course food and beverage operations
  • Responsible for event preparation, setup, service, and clearing and cleaning up as per specifications
  • Cash and account handling
  • Planning and execution of golf-related events and tournaments
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned by the General Manager

Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Food and Beverage Server and/or Bartender; previous leadership experience considered an asset
  • Serving It Right certification
  • First Aid Level 1 is an asset, but not required
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
