Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Optical Associate to join our team in Melfort, SK. As an Optical Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering world-class service to our patients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, educating clients about eyewear choices and ensuring they receive the best value and quality.
- Interpret optical prescriptions, perform frame and facial measurements, and submit requisitions to our manufacturing lab.
- Contribute to store retail sales goals, communicating with patients face-to-face, over the phone, or via email.
- Assist with the selection of frames to suit clients' aesthetic and performance needs, and perform repairs and adjustments to returning patients' eyewear.
- Data entry and computer job tracking.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing environment.
- High level of comfort using technology and computers, with solid proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Track record of learning new systems and processes.
- Professional and approachable manner, with a love of meeting and interacting with people.
