Job Summary: Hamilton College is seeking a highly qualified and experienced candidate to fill the position of Head Coach of Women's Lacrosse and Instructor/Assistant Professor of Physical Education. This is a full-time faculty position that requires a strong commitment to teaching, coaching, and administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the women's lacrosse program, including coaching, recruitment, scheduling, budget and roster management, equipment purchasing and maintenance, and travel planning.
  • Teach classes in the Physical Education program and complete administrative responsibilities as assigned by the Athletic Director.
  • Participate in institutional service and contribute to the Department of Physical Education, Athletics, Recreation, and Wellness at Hamilton College.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's or other terminal degree in hand or to be completed within 3 years.
  • Successful college coaching experience is strongly preferred.
  • Candidates should be able to demonstrate their experience in teaching or working with broadly diverse student populations.
