Production Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team at Knight Signs.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth production processes.
- Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments to optimize inventory levels.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on production progress and inventory levels.
- Maintain accurate work records and logs to track production activities.
- Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
- Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Monitor production progress to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met.
- Project manage production activities to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality products.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support production activities.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient production processes.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure smooth production operations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in a production or logistics role is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 40 hours per week.
- English is the primary language of communication.
