Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will perform a variety of trades duties approaching the journeyman level in areas such as electrical, plumbing, and painting. Your expertise will ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of the Stikine Health Center, adhering to all applicable codes and regulations.

About Stikine Health Center

The Stikine Health Center serves a population of 2,000 residents and provides emergency services, averaging 1,200 ER visits annually. In addition to emergency care, the center offers a range of essential healthcare services, including public health programs, palliative care, physician clinics, and home care nursing.

About Dease Lake

Dease Lake is a small community of approximately 400 residents located in northern British Columbia. Known as a common stopping point for travelers along the Alaska Highway, Dease Lake offers amenities such as a K-12 school, Northern Lights College Campus, government services, police and fire hall, and various businesses. The surrounding Stikine region is renowned for its pristine wilderness areas and abundant outdoor recreational opportunities.
