  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations: Prepare and submit reports, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Training: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and team player.
Work Environment:

Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, standing for extended periods, and work under pressure.
