Your Role

As a Senior Manager - Trusted Partners, you will play a critical role in consolidating and optimizing our partners network, ensuring data quality and reliability. You will be responsible for managing and growing our partners' network, including marketplaces, and developing strategies to improve data collection methods and respondent acquisition.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Manage and grow Potloc's partners' network, including marketplaces, to ensure data quality and reliability.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve data collection methods and respondent acquisition, reducing overall Acquisition Cost per Respondent (ACR).
  3. Monitor partners' performance and the impact on business objectives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  4. Ensure premium data quality through in-depth partners' vetting, testing, and ongoing management.
  5. Collaborate with the Data Protection Officer (DPO) to conduct vendor due diligence of sampling partners, ensuring compliance with Potloc's vendor policies and procedures.
  6. Manage one Supply Partnership Manager based in Paris, providing guidance and support to ensure successful partnership development.

Requirements

  1. Experience in the ResTech industry, specifically within a Supply function (minimum 3-5 years working in a Supply team).
  2. Strong knowledge of data collection methods and respondent acquisition.
  3. Negotiation and business development skills to create and develop relationships with external partners.
  4. Product, technical, and API-specific knowledge and expertise of audience access and supply chain management and optimization, including programmatic sampling.
  5. Demonstrated resilience and adaptability to navigate through changes and challenges.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Fluent proficiency in English.
