Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Asphalt Roller Operator to join our team at Alberta Paving Ltd. as a seasonal employee. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate heavy equipment, including rollers, compactors, and front-end loaders, to ensure efficient and safe asphalt finishing.
  • Maintain and clean equipment, including lubricating and refilling tanks, to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Prepare accident reports and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • CPR Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Steel-toed safety boots
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work outdoors in a fast-paced environment, with regular overtime required. The work site will be various locations, with room and board provided.
