Office Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated **Administrative Support Specialist** to enhance our operational efficiency at Safety Gurus Compliance Services Ltd. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth communication and workflow within our organization.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting between 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year and less than 2 years in a similar role.
The position is situated within a **business services** setting, where collaboration and efficiency are key.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate the flow of information among team members.
- Manage incoming mail and other communications.
- Organize and confirm appointments effectively.
- Handle telephone inquiries and relay messages accurately.
- Respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner.
- Gather and compile data, statistics, and other relevant information.
- Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Welcome visitors and guide them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Establish and uphold both manual and computerized filing systems.
- Type and proofread various documents, including correspondence and forms.
- Conduct data entry tasks with precision.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail is essential.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
- Demonstrated flexibility in adapting to changing priorities.
- Highly organized with a methodical approach to tasks.
