About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Manager to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for leading the application support team and ensuring the smooth operation of our enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and manage a team of application support specialists to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
  • Application Support and Maintenance
    • Provide technical support and guidance to users on application-related issues.
    • Collaborate with development teams to resolve application defects and implement enhancements.
    • Develop and maintain documentation for application support processes and procedures.
  • Project Management
    • Manage and coordinate application-related projects to ensure timely and successful delivery.
    • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including users, developers, and management.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Minimum 8 years of experience in application support and management.
  • Skills and Knowledge
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
    • Knowledge of ITIL and application support processes.
