Project Administrative Assistant

Integrated Sustainability is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrative Assistant to support various projects across the organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects, maintaining efficient communication between teams, and fostering a positive working atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Assist with field logistics, including arranging travel accommodations, tracking and managing field resources and equipment, and ensuring logistics needs align with project timelines.
  • Documentation and Communication: Review and edit technical documents, reports, and proposals for grammatical and formatting accuracy. Draft and review letters, and create and edit PowerPoint presentations and flowcharts.
  • Office Management: Coordinate daily office tasks, such as managing supplies, calendars, and organizing office events. Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems and provide backup support to other Administrative Assistants/Project Coordinators as needed.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in administration, preferably in an EPCM or Mining environment.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Suite, with strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Language: Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
