Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff to ensure efficient and effective service.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Food Quality and Control
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation to ensure optimal food quality and minimize waste.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Customer Service
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Administrative Tasks
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management and budgeting decisions.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Physical Demands
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the shift.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
