Job Title: Director, Medical Education and Training

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director, Medical Education and Training. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement educational programs that align with our organizational goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver training content
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and opportunities
  • Measure the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in medical education and training
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Education, Healthcare, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in medical education and training
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful training programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
