In this position, your responsibilities will include:
Designing, developing, and executing tailored solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. Converting business needs into functional and technical documentation. Collaborating closely with business stakeholders and functional teams to gather and evaluate business requirements. Providing functional expertise and guiding process enhancements utilizing D365 F&O. Developing and configuring workflows, reports, and integrations with other systems. Diagnosing and resolving intricate functional and technical challenges. Conducting unit and integration testing to ensure solution quality. Participating in upgrade initiatives and system transitions. Mentoring and training junior developers and functional analysts as necessary.Key Responsibilities:
Development: Tailor and extend the D365 F&O platform to address specific business requirements, utilizing X++ and other relevant technologies. Functional Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify gaps, and propose solutions based on best practices. Integration: Create and maintain integrations with external systems using standard APIs and custom methods. Optimization: Assess business processes and provide recommendations for enhancements using D365 F&O capabilities. Support: Deliver technical and functional support for the D365 F&O system, including troubleshooting, performance optimization, and issue resolution. Collaboration: Act as a liaison between IT, finance, operations, and other departments to ensure effective communication and project execution.Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline. Equivalent experience will be considered. Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. Strong expertise in X++ programming and D365 customization. Proven experience in functional analysis with a comprehensive understanding of financial and operational processes. Prior experience in integrating D365 F&O with other business systems. Certifications: Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 F&O development and functional areas are highly preferred.Skills and Competencies:
Extensive knowledge of D365 Finance and Operations modules. Strong grasp of finance, supply chain, and other operational processes. Proficiency in X++, .NET, C#, and other relevant technologies. Ability to produce detailed technical and functional documentation. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
