About the Role

MAYFIELD MATTRESS LTD. is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including preparing and editing documents, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, customers, and vendors.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee files, meeting minutes, and other administrative documents.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with the coordination of projects, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and tracking progress.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries, book flights and hotels, and make other travel arrangements as needed.
  • Office Management: Maintain the overall appearance and organization of the office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
